Will I need a pipe insert to use push-fit sockets with flo-plast 110mm pipes?
I have been told that pipe inserts are necessary when you work with push-fit connections on plastic pipes. However, I can't find any such inserts for the 110mm flop-last pipe system. Not sure if this means no insert is needed?

No, the use of inserts only applies to push fit pipe used in domestic hot and cold water and central heating systems as the pipe ends are not rigid and the systems operate under pressure. This is not the case with drainage systems.
