PVC & SDR PIPE AND FITTINGS PAGE

We stock a huge variety of PVC and SDR Pipe and Fittings. We receive deliveries a few times each week, so we always have what you need, whether you are looking for large or small quantities, and we can get any special orders in quickly. If you do not see an item listed that you use on a consistent basis, let us know and we will stock it for you. Also, as the season heats up, don’t forget to ask about bulk pricing to stock up your shops and trucks.

In addition to all of our regular pipe and fittings, we carry a large variety of bushings, reducers, couplings, and adapters in order to easily convert from one style of pipe to another depending on what your project requires.

SCHEDULE 80 PVC PIPE
This is the highest strength PVC pipe that we stock. It is commonly used under driveways, parking lots, and other traffic-rated areas. It is also commonly used in pump stations when you are looking for a little more strength than Schedule 40 PVC. The outside diameter is the same as Schedule 40 PVC, so it is compatible with all Schedule 80 and Schedule 40 fittings.

SCHEDULE 40 PRESSURE RATED PVC PIPE
Pressure rated pipe and fittings are designed with higher strength walls and deeper glue joints in the fittings to withstand the demands of a system that is under pressure. It is commonly used in septic systems and irrigation systems where the water is being pumped, and therefore under pressure. It is compatible with all Schedule 80 and Schedule 40 fittings.

SCHEDULE 40 DRAIN-WASTE-VENT PVC PIPE
This line of pipe and fittings is designed for non-pressurized applications. With slightly shorter glue joints than the pressure-rated pipe and fittings, this line is very commonly used in gravity fed septic systems, drainage, stormwater management, air vents, and more. It is compatible with all Schedule and Schedule 80 fittings.

CELLCORE PIPE
This line of pipe is very similar to Schedule 40 pipe. The “meat” of the pipe wall is injected with air as it manufactured. This creates a lighter weight product than Schedule 40, very close in strength, and stronger than Schedule 20. The outside diameter is the same as Schedule 40, so it is compatible with all Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 fittings.

SDR 35 PIPE
Used mainly in stormwater and drainage applications, SDR 35 is a medium-strength pipe that falls between Schedule 20 and Schedule 40 PVC pipe. It comes in 14’ lengths, and is compatible with the standard SDR 35 gasketed fittings, as well as Schedule 20 glue fittings.

SCHEDULE 20 PVC PIPE
This is our lowest strength PVC pipe, and is most commonly used in gravity fed septic systems, drainage, and stormwater projects. The wall of the pipe is much lighter than that of Schedule 40, and must only be used in situations where vehicles, traffic, or any other type of equipment crossing the area will not be a factor. The outside diameter is the same as SDR 35, and is compatible with all Schedule 20 and SDR 35 fittings.
