The NV-7500 Mud Gate Valve is a full metal to metal sealing gate valve for use in applications up to 7500 psi. The NV-7500 uses single piece seat rings creating an upstream metal to metal seal. The upstream design helps eliminate debris contamination into the valve body and reduces wear on the internal components.

The NV-7500 is part-for-part compatible with the Demco 7500 psi mud valve.

The MR-7500 valve and parts are compatible and interchangeable with old-style Demco mud valves. Each valve is fully assembled and tested in our U.S. manufacturing facility prior to shipment. We also stock major and minor spare parts kits for all of the below mud valves, for 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4" and 5" bores.

Features:

• Designed to be repaired without taking valve offline. This is accomplished through our removable bonnet design.
• Seats are made with a long lasting elastomer that is bonded to two stainless steel inserts and a locking device that insures proper alignment when installing the seat.
• Replaceable seat rings that wear instead of the valve body, thus extending service life of the valve.
• Valves and our repair kits are 100% interchangeable with our competitors on a part to part and unit to unit basis.
• Stainless steel trim is standard on all valves, for high performance in corrosive applications.
• Major and minor spare parts kits for 1.5", 2", 3", 4" and 5" mud valves are stocked.
• Available with Patriot™ ultra-high-performance elastomer seats.  Extends life approximately 30% longer than OEM seats.

The MR-50D is a 5000 psi mud valve that is designed to be compatible with spare parts made for the Demco 5000 psi mud valve.

The MR-50T is designed to seal under pressures of up to 5000 psi. Parts are 100% compatible with the Oteco 5000 psi mud valve.
