Ductile Iron Fittings Overview
Electrosteel offer a comprehensive range of fittings in diameters DN 80 to DN 1000 mm with a number of jointing options to meet the differing requirements of the customer.
The principle joint types offered include:

To ensure their performance in most environments Electrosteel fittings are internally and externally fusion bonded epoxy coated to a minimum thickness of 250µm in either WRAS approved Blue (Potable water) or Red (Sewage). In addition in special circumstances alternative coatings may also available on request.
Fittings 'Specials' in Steel
To complement our range of Ductile Iron fittings our in-house Steel fabrication facility offers the ability to manufacture and supply the more 'unusual' fittings in quick time and enables the customer to keep the accountability for service and quality with the same supplier. A wide range of coatings are available to suit the application and range from the same approved fusion bonded epoxy utilised on ductile iron to Scotchkote 206N, Resicoat R4 etc.
