We marked all Carbon Steel Forged Fittings with Grade, Lot No, Size, Standard and Pressure. Our workers surfaced anti-rust oil on ASTM A105 Threaded Elbows, then wrapped 1″ BSP Elbows with water-proof material, put 90 degree elbows into wooden cases, finally bundled wooden cases with nylon rope.

Clear labels are tagged on the outside of the package for easy identification of the quantity and product. Great care is taken during operation and transportation

Inspection of 3000LB Threaded Elbow

1. Visual the surface of threaded elbow body.
2. Check the marking “90 Elbow 1” 3000lb BSPT A105 B16.11 168″
3. Measure dimensions. Such as outside diameter, wall thickness, length of thread.
4. Test thread of 90 degree threaded elbow with Go-No Go Gauge.
